Marks of a True Church

A true biblical church is centered on the apostolic faith revealed in Scripture. Its essential marks include faithfully preaching the Gospel, practicing baptism and the Lord’s Supper, maintaining accountable leadership and membership, and exercising church discipline. Beyond these essentials, a healthy church pursues biblical worship, discipleship, leadership, outreach, stewardship, and unity. As these practices mature, they produce a Word-saturated, prayerful, gospel-focused community committed to one another, missions, spiritual growth, and the next generation.
