The Women’s Ministry at Pelican Bay Church exists to encourage women to worship our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ through the study and application of Scripture and the deepening of relationships with other women for fellowship and accountability.

Ladies - Join us for a new Bible Study entitled Wisdom Literature in Scripture from the book of James and selected Proverbs. The emphasis will be on understanding and practicing wisdom in daily life. This is a study that benefits everyone because no matter what season of life one is in, wisdom affects all relationships, first with God and then with each other.

The study will consist of three 8 week sessions with session one beginning on Wednesday, March 25th. We'll meet in the Wherehouse from 11:00-12:30 each Wednesday.

We've completed this 26-week study but we encourage you to go through the lessons on your own. The goal of this study of the Old Testament is to provide Christians, from the new convert to the mature believer, with an overview to see how the different books fit together as a whole. [Books covered in this study: Genesis–2 Kings, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel]

We believe that God created us to be in relationship both with Him and with other believers. We also believe that the Gospel enables Christians to develop the type of transparent relationships that God intended. We recognize that it is difficult to develop these types of relationships with others on a Sunday morning, which is why we have created small groups, which meet throughout the week for bible studies and fellowship with other believers.

The purpose is to build gospel-centered relationships with others for the purpose of friendship, encouragement, accountability, and discipleship. Our goal is to create a context where biblical truth is applied to regular life through social fellowship, word-centered fellowship, and intentional fellowship  in prayer.
