Global Church Ministries - Craig Poston

Global Church Ministries (GCM) began in January 2007 through the partnership of four like-minded Pastors: Fikret Bocek, Craig Poston, Joe Cardamone, and Rob Foster. In 2008 the group added a 5th member, Florida businessman Rob Ross. This team committed to the Lord to support The Protestant Church of Smyrna and to be an extension of God’s grace to Turkey, India, Germany, Ethiopia, Nepal, and elsewhere. The big “C” in the logo emphasizes their purpose: to grow the local Church globally, and seek to serve her in all her unique ministries. This includes focusing on evangelism, discipleship, mentoring/developing leaders, loving and caring for orphans and widows.

On 6 February 2023, a 7.8 earthquake struck southern and central Turkey and northern and western Syria. There was widespread damage and close to 50,000 fatalities. GCM was on the frontlines of providing relief efforts, resource distribution, rebuilding assistance, and most importantly, the love of Christ to the thousands of victims tragically impacted by this event.
